Thanks pixie, the thing is... I am just new to my work and the other guy didn't gave me the password. The device is in production so i can not reset the device into default config. Any work around ...

Hello, at first I can ping my device MyPBX U100. When I try to connect via SSH and it refuse to connect. suddenly, I can not ping it anymore. Tried to hard reset but with no luck at all. Thanks
