Yes Lines are clean on butt set. Do you leave the echo cancelation on in the PBX and in the Yealink handset?

Not sure, I know some SIP trunk providers do this when the trunk becomes unregistered if the network goes down the trunk may go down then forward to someones cell Greg

Great points Larry - Its inbound on CO lines dialing threw the IVR. I have instructed the end user to test extension to extension and checking voicemail to see if its a CO line issue thanks again
