Had support ho fixed it.. Needed to signal in the qeu and not in a ringgroup.

No MOH if call is transferred from IVR
When the call is being transferred from the IVR there is no music on hold for the caller. When a extension puts the caller on hold the MOH is working fine. Anny help will be more than welcome.

Hi, I need too upgrade my S20 but it says ": The new version requires higher firmware version. Please upgrade your firmware at least to version 30.6.0.0. but i cant find the older firmware annywher...
