Well in our case it's vice versa, as when we DO add command no ip nat service sip udp port 5060 in our Cisco router, incoming calls are being dropped after 30 seconds..

Well it seems that Yeastar S-Series can auto provision Grandstream Phones with MAC address starting with 00:0b:82 Newer phones with MAC address starting with c0:74:ad don't get auto provisioned... ...

You can try changing dtmf to "auto". Then RFC4733 and inband seem to work .
