Hi Eric If the user has the admin role they don't have the ability to view the stats that you put in your screenshot. We would want them to be able to monitor the stats like the CPU usage as well...

I would second this as we have users that want access to the dashboard but we don't want to give them the main admin login.

You could just give them access to the management portal with their role and limit access to the extensions section. From there they can then edit the users presence:
