S20 Firmware discrepancy
I have an S20 That is running firmware version 30.10.0.28 and it keeps notifying my that there is a firmware update to 30.10.0.51 but the website list the latest version as being 30.10.0.17

Problem with Chrome browser not responding
I've noticed that for the last 6 months that the web interface stops responding in chrome browser and has to be reloaded every 1 or 2 min. It works fine in Firefox and IE.

The whole config. Obviously there would have to be some changes after the fact but if I wanted to migrate or for a backup scenario will the Cloud version be compatible with the hardware counterpart?
