I have the same issue. S-100 PBX with 40 T27G phone. T27G firmware: T27G-69.84.0.15.rom S100: 30.10.0.67 When a reboot the phone every blf resume correctly.

I updated from Version 30.5.0.30 last week and before that, I never see this issue for that customer... It's a new issus after the upgrade.
