【customer’s idea】


Extension is being auto recorded

User presses *1 to start to record a certain part of the call

User press *1 to stop recording that certain part of the call

User can log into their web client and see the recording only between where he used the *1.

User can download his recording between the *1 and upload it to the CRM.


【Yeastar’s idea】


We support one touch record on S-Series


We plan to adopt the same practice on P-Series
