I would like to ask if this model in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) can verify (for incoming calls).
The customer calls the Yeastar exchange. The IVR plays welcome voice message. The customer will have a choice of several options (1-5). He chooses the digit „2“ = he would like to be conected to our professional support department. But before this connection to the professional support department, the caller must enter the pin code (at least 4 digit, numric number). After successfully entring the PIN code, it will be connected to the professional support department. If you enter the wrong PIN code, it will be switched to the classic support department.
Can your Yeastar P550 perform this function natively? Or how can it be set?
