S100 Random failed calls

Hello, I susi Yanick, in Fra, this and since the installation of my S100 with about fifty extensions (Htek Uc 923 post) I have a bug on the calls ..

My S100 is up to date with the latest version (May 2021) and the Hteks are also up to date.

There is a Sipo truck with 20 channels.
A queue which collects external calls and which distributes to about 25 extensions ...
At certain times of the day, there are call peaks, with a lot of calls waiting in the queue, and the Htek sets are very much needed to ring ... this is when this product breaks down. :

If a user (one of those in the queue) wishes to make an outgoing call, the call fails, usually with a blank call ... and a hang-up from the SIP extension.
I noted in the event of frote affluence the apanne can occur even in calls to internal telephones ...

When the "pressure" of the calls decreases, the problem disappears ...

The problem only exists on the stations which are integrated into the queue. Other posts on other less solicited queues have no problems ...

The support of the reseller in France has trouble finding and I opened a ticket with the Yeastar support .... but I must quickly solve the problem because the S100 is installed for a call center and it is very problematic ...

I would add that it is difficult to carry out PCAP traces of the problem, in the sense that the failure is random ....
