Hi guys, I have an S412 PBX and I have this configuration:
when the customer calls he enters the queue (with 1 agent) the music on hold is activated and the agent passes the call to the extension but I have a problem:
1- if the customer calls and the acceptance answers everything is ok, but if he doesn't answer the phone continues to squeak indefinitely !! even if the customer closes the call, the phone always rings until the call is opened and closed.
How can I solve?
