Cannot make international calls to China

I cannot make international calls to China by using Malaysia DID Number via SIP Trunk. What are the possible reasons?

  Hi Eason, Can you make international calls to other countries? Is it work when you register the sip trunk on an IP phone directly?

  Hi Eric. I could make international calls to other countries except China but the sip trunk provider have checked that the number is able to make international call to China.

  Hi Eason, OK, register this sip trunk on the IP phone to isolate the PBX to test. It is a way to compare and to find the difference if it works on the phone.
