S-Series redirect calls based on http commands


Is it possible to change the status of agents in queues or redirect all incoming calls to Linkus or to voicemail based on external commands such as an http command?
For example, when the last person in the office leaves and the security system is armed, an http command is send from the security system to the yeastar S-series PBX. Then the PBX will route all incoming calls to a predifined Linkus extension or perhaps change the IVR voice prompt.
