We currently have an S50 with 3 separate companies setup as ring groups. Is it possible to put an individual ring group in a DND or Night Service mode, forcing it to failover?

Larry Neblett In the way mentioned, not really. However, I assume you have an inbound route for that company that leads to the RG. You might be able to use the time conditions to re-direct the calls to the desired destination if the condition is repetitive or, you could dial the associated dial code for the route to invoke it on-demand.
You could also consider using a Queue instead of a RG and use dynamic agents with join empty disabled. The agents would log in during the hours and then log off so that no agents are available (empty). Callers would not be able to join an empty Q and would then go to the failover.
Presumably the existing RG has the desired failover as well, but callers would still ring RG members before hitting the failover.
