Hello,
for one of our customers I have been tasked with a specific question.
Does the Yeastar Neogate TA3200 accept also phones connected with rj12 (6 poles) cable instead of rj11 (4 poles) ?
Kindest Regards

Without knowing more, it is hard to say.
Physically they possess the same dimensions. The difference is that one supports 4 conductors (Rj11), the other 6. So, It depends on if the device needs more than the center pair (tip/ring) 2/3 or 3/4 to function. If the device only needs the middle pair, then there should be no issue unless, the device is needing some different ring voltage/current.
Some of the older rotary phones that have a mechanical bell ringer may require more than what the TA can provide.
If you intend to connect proprietary digital phones with a Neogate , probably won't work. You have to use analogue phones (BCA).
