the "Outgoing Call Failed" notify mail would be nicer with more details.
E.g. which user tried this call and cause for this fail .

Hi Marcel, I can help to submit it to the PM. What kind of information do you need, what I can think of is the error response code, the failed reason like the trunk deregistered or setting is incorrect, do you have anything else to add?

It would be nice to see which user/extension has tried this call.
For us it is mostly an user mistake.
The same thing was reported to us by a user today.
