Linkus Client Voicemail Issues - iOS

We are running a P550 PBX with the Enterprise Plan for remote access etc. and the Linkus client on iOS keeps serving up an old voicemail instead of playing new voicemails. The desktop client and actual phones work fine, only the iOS client is not working correctly.

As I was typing this post, I found the "Clear Cache" option in the client settings, and once cleared, the correct voicemail is played.

Running the latest version of the Linus client for iOS.

  Hi Troy,

  Clear cache will delete the old data like recording, voicemail, contacts.... and sync again from the PBX. There maybe some issue with old data so it keep playing the old voicemail.
