Dear YeaStar Support Team,
In local network, I can access to YeaStar IP 10.10.10.40 normally, but when I am working from home, after connected VPN then I can't remote to YearStar IP as mentioned above. After connected with VPN, I can access network shared drive, printer and other link IP normally except YearStar IP 10.10.10.40.
In local network, I can access and ping normally, but at home I can't ping. I do not know what is the root cause of that.
