Cannot login to YEASTAR S20

Hi

I just installed am S20 to my TP LINK C5 Archer router via LAN port. I am trying to logon to the S20 but get the following error message:

This site can’t be reached192.168.5.150 took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I tried pinging 192.168.5.150 but this times out as well.

  It looks like the PBX blocks you out, try to login from another IP address.

  Alternatively, you may gain access provided you have not changed the network type by using - 

  https://192.168.5.150:8088
