Cannot login to YEASTAR S20

Hi

I just installed am S20 to my TP LINK C5 Archer router via LAN port. I am trying to logon to the S20 but get the following error message:

This site can’t be reached192.168.5.150 took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I tried pinging 192.168.5.150 but this times out as well.
