IVR problem


I have S300, the latest firmware for today.

There is a problem with the IVR, I cannot figure out how to solve it.

I receive from the operator ISDN PRI. I made an incoming route to the IVR, then by pressing the keys the call goes to the extension and ring group. Everything works, but after pressing the key while the extension is ringing, I do not hear any tone or MOH. Just silence until the called party answers.

How can I make music or tone while an extension call is in progress? I cannot find such an option in the web interface.
