On our replacement, P570 users are complaining about choppy calls. Port 8111 is open, was working ok before on the S300? Any ideas? :s

Larry Neblett I take it that you are specifically referring to those extensions using Linkus? Are the calls choppy on both ends of the call and if so, which end and where (remote, internal)?

Paul Curran Yes, only when using linkus - remote workers.
Sip hardware phones are o.k. Will check actually which end is playing up. Thanks :)

Shuaib In some countries/locations users face this issue but same LCS extension works fine when test in other country.
Often we receive complains for the users who are located in India and Pakistan. While we test same extension in UAE that works fine.

Eric Jiang You can try EP subscription so the Linkus will use the channel to transmit the voice and you can also change the codec from the Linkus Client to test.
