Linkus SRTP

I was under the impression that Linkus was using SRTP on S-Series, but maybe I'm wrong.

I was testing and capturing traffic on P-Series and noticed that Linkus isn't using SRTP even if selected on the extension parameters. (not using or tested LCS)

This would be the second best update to Linkus followed by the recent ability to select codec.
