Hi,
When I log into the interface I can see the Signal strength in the Trunk status page. I am getting low network status, Is there a way of getting the device has plugged an antenna or not logging in via ssh?
For example is there an command or option in the Asterisk CLI that would show it?

Not knowing what model of device makes the answer a little problematic,but given the Asterisk reference I assume one of the various PBX systems which uses a plugin GSM module.
If such is the case, then I believe the module comes with an antenna. The antenna is externally mounted and has a antenna lead that plugs into the card internally.
If you are indeed using a PBX and have no antenna showing, then you may need to open the PBX and examine to see what, if anything is connected,
