We just install a new P560 system. Previously we've used S100 and S300 units. Overall we really like the interface of the device, but our users can barely hear anyone. This is whether the call is between handsets or inbound from the SIP trunk. The SIP provider is the same between the S100 and P560 units and many of the extensions are the same model of Yealink phones. So the only real variable is the P560. Is there an easy way to increase the RXGain and TXGain?

Devin Bickel You can find this in the trunk settings for analog trunks.
I have a P560 in play as well that experiences Audio level issues with a T1 conversion to analog handoff. (the Provider has yet to reply to our request for a T1 handoff, whole different issue).
Your issue is more towards SIP trunks of which I do not believe the RX and TX gains at a system level are not available. You can try looking at the phones with the audio settings at a per phone level. I have used this before for users harder of hearing. I suggest playing with 2 phones first before going solution wide with changes.
