I hope you take our requests seriously;

• T38 must enable by default
• Devices are not ready to use by default configuration. Need IP>port, Port>IP rules
• Caller ID options are filled by "1" by default. It must be "."
• Text/live log without file download in the device menu
• Editable device backup/configuration file
• Talking time limitations for trunk and ports as minutes
• TG100 SIP Trunk hostname character limitation must increase
• TA Gateways is accepting the wrong subnet mask and gateway. After the configuration was applied, the device became network unreachable.
• The random port selection must disable by default for TA100/200
• IP-to-PSTN source number manipulasyonu min. 100 line
• IP-to-PSTN Destination number manipulasyonu min. 100 line
• PSTN-to-IP source number manipulasyonu min. 100 line
• PSTN-to-IP Destination number manipulasyonu min. 100 line
• Firmware update via file upload instead of TFTP or HTTP Server

  Hi Emre,

  May I know more details about this issue?

  • TA Gateways is accepting wrong subnet mask and gateway. After the configuration applied, device becoming network unreachable.

  Hi Eric,

  excuse me I couldn't write properly. 

  I did not test this issue on all TA models but on TA3200 I see this issue. When we set the network information on device like IP Address, Subnet and Gateway IP, It is allow us to type a incorrect info like ;

  IP: 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0  GW: 192.168.2.1.  After save configuration and reboot the device become inaccessible. I gave the IP address from same subnet like 192.168.1.2 and couldn't ping the device until a hardware reset. As you windows computer gives an warning message if you type an incorrect network information to the ethernet settings. Maybe you can do that.

  Thanks for the details. This will definitely have a better experience when configuring the IP address, I will submit it to the PM.

  Hi Eric Jiang Please add the below comman into default configuration of new firmware

  cd /persistent/support/
  add.sh
  #!/bin/sh
  echo "fxo set ringing polarity count 1" > /proc/module/fxo

  this command fix ring detection problems.

  Hello,

  FXS Gateways is not forwarding the calls (always, busy, no answer) if the T38 enabled in port settings. Please fix it as well.
