Agent Desktop appearance

Hope you are doing well,

as the feedbacks we received from our customers ,

1- we want to know if is there any chance to make their agent can review or follow up their pause time plus their login time, like the attached picture below, which we captured from xCALLY contact center system.

 

2- Delete the call center Console from agents desktop
