Any idea why Yeastar P 560 hardware prices are more when compared with Grand stream UCM 6302 ?

We had requested for the pricing of these 2 models from Yeastar and Grand stream .  While Yeastar P 560 supports 60 concurrent calls, 200 IP Extensions ,Grand stream UCM 6302 supports 1000 users and 150 Concurrent calls (G.711).

The Yeastar device is priced double the cost of Grand stream and has additional Annual License for Call and Call center features. Also we were informed by our vendor that Grand stream provides call and some contact center features at no additional cost.

Does anyone have any idea on why is Grand stream is so cheap compared to Yeastar and yet it does not even charge any additional annual licensing fees for the product?
