customer want to see which period of time by day, by week and by month that there are more incoming calls.
so, they can allocate enough agents for each period of time during a day.
they have many branches/stores in shopping centers. they want to see number of calls between 8am-9am on Monday in May, 9am-10am on Monday in May, 10am-11am on Monday in May, and so on from Monday - Sunday.
