Dynamic Agent: unpause queue with a BLF on Grandstream GXP

Hi all, 

as regarding here a dynamic agent can use *076400 to pause or unpause a queue (for example 6400): https://help.yeastar.com/en/p-series-appliance-edition/administrator-guide/manage-agent-status-by-dialing-a-feature-code.html?hl=dynamic

My GXP2135 configured with a single BLF button with value *076400:

  • first selection (pause): works fine, lamp blinks red
  • second selection (unpause): not works, added 2 unwanted asterisk (**) before *076400

Is the problem related to PBX or to telephone?
