it's similar but not exactly the same, this link is about priority between queues with agent in different queue.
My request is about priority in only one queue. If a VIP number is coming in the queue it will have the highest priority and will be distribute to agents before others calls that have been in the queue for longer.

If all the agents in one queue are busy, and there are like 3 normal number waiting in line,when a VIP number calls in, it should be the first one of the waiting line, right?
I think maybe we can add this feature under the category "Call Features/Queues/Preferences".
I also think priority should be set between 1-5, 1 is the highest, 5 is the lowest.
And other numbers which have not been set as VIP number should have a default priority of 5.

yes correct and maybe if possible the VIP number priority could be set in company contact.

This is definitely a feature we are looking for too.
Our customers have more than once asked for it, so this feature is highly required, kindly push it forward to be implemented, in the future.
