Hello, it would be useful to implement in the operator panel, a section where you can see the phone numbers of the missed or abandoned calls in the queue. It would be useful for this panel to be visible (with permissions) to the queue users, and it would be useful to put checks for example:
- number recalled
- to call back
and anything else useful
This would make it easier for both the queue manager and queue users to see missed / abandoned calls

Well, if you mean queue panel, I think it's quite hard to implemented such feature.
As you can see, the window size of "abandoned call" and "missed call" is limited.
If you have lots of missed call or abandoned calls, I guess it's hard to show the numbers and the call button in this small window
And if we put this under call center console menu (see attachment).
In this section operator will see only the missed/call of the queue they belong to.
The manager see all.
Also in this section i can check/flag call and remark for example (customer recall).
