Hello, it would be useful to implement in the operator panel, a section where you can see the phone numbers of the missed or abandoned calls in the queue. It would be useful for this panel to be visible (with permissions) to the queue users, and it would be useful to put checks for example:
- number recalled
- to call back
and anything else useful
This would make it easier for both the queue manager and queue users to see missed / abandoned calls
