For example, if i digit 6400* or *756400, where 6400 is a queue where i'm a dynamic agent, PBX hangs up.
My PBX is a Yeastar P-560 with last firmware.
How can i do?

The link you referred to is the S series PBX. For the P series PBX. The default feature code for an agent to log in/out of a queue is *7.
