Call routing based on Zoho CRM

We are using a Yeastar P560 and Zoho CRM, it would be great to route Hotline Calls (Queue) direct to an extension based on the CRM Information.

In Zoho CRM has each Contact an owner and it would be great if it is possible to route this contact direct to his "Owner" when he calls the hotline number.
