when we send a chat we would like to know if the user is online or not.
In linkus client we can check the extension and presence status but we cannot see if the user is online with linkus.
Linkus online status is only available in extensions access management portal.

it would be better but the ideal would be on the extensions page.
Like all chat apps, you have contacts list and you immediately see who is online or not.

But on the extension page, you can know whether an extension is online or not by his status, right? If an extension log out from Linkus web client, then its status will be automatically switch to unavailable, so you can know this extension is offline.
So I guess what you really want is to distinguish whether an extension is an IP phone online or Linkus (mobile/PC/web) online ? Because if you are online via IP phone, you cannot receive chat.

yes of course this online status if when user use a IP phone + Linkus in CTI mode
When user use Linkus with mobile/PC/web he is automatically online.
