【customer’s idea】
When creating a “Role” under “Extension and Trunk”
You are able to select specific extensions or groups for CDR’s and Recording’s
However, this does not apply to “Call Reports”
We would like to give department managers access to reports for their extensions only, where right now they can see all extensions including the directors.
【solution】
“Call Reports” should have more options as “CDR and Recording Files”
