【customer’s idea】

Lots of customers are asking for “weighted queues”. It should be possible to set one queue to “more important” as another one. This function makes it possible to give a queue a higher priority on incoming calls.

So, if an extension is a member of 2 queues, the system will distribute the call based on the Queue priority.

This feature is included in Asterisk since version 13 - so I think it should not be a problem to implement it in Yeastar PBX.

example: the queue for VIP-customers should be higher prioritized than for “normal” customers.
