Need Help P560 Yeastar, How can we get the logs of Presence? so Supervisor can monitor Agent Attendance.

2. Lunch Break
3. Logout Time (Away, Do not Distrurb, Business Trip and Off Work)

You can check these data in "Reports and Recordings / Call Reports", and choose Report Type to "Agent Login Activity", and then schedule this report in .csv/.pdf/.xls form.
Lunch break time is not included in any report at this moment.
