Adding holidays is (unnecessary) complicated, with accompanying audio messages

Currently it is extremely difficult to create several holidays accompanied by separate messages - prone to user errors!

 

One can now create different messages only (as IVRs) for individual holidays to let the caller know the office opening time after each holiday: necessary, because after every holiday, the office open date is different (this is about giving correct information).

 

This method only works:

- Each IVR name must be created separately and changed in "Edit Inbound Route" menu, once a holiday (e.g. Christmas) is over, this is:

- Unnecessarily difficult and prone to errors as multiple menu options are now required to add Holiday periods with corresponding audible messages in menus: record voice prompts, (in multiple menus for) incoming routes, Holiday date (where no time now is possible), input in separate IVR menu, this means:

- It is impossible to set holiday times with messages for the whole year. Holidays must then always be set manually, after each event. It is not automated.

 

Solution: Add Message Custom Prompts items to an extended version of the Holiday menu: Path: Settings > PBX > Call Control > Time Conditions > Holiday

Create a [Holiday] option to access this extended version of the Holiday menu: Path: Settings > PBX > Call Control > Inbound route
