We noticed an opportunity with various clients to have a seamless integration between Yeastar and ZohoDesk. Some of our clients are running a support desk or hotlines and having an integration just as we did with different CRM would be a key decision making to switch over as not many VOIP suppliers can offer this features. Any plan from Yeastar to offer this?

Yes, we are about to implement the integration.
What we will support is to create contacts, create tickets when the call ends, open related ticket when there is an incoming call. Is that OK for you?
