I filled out the form and click to submit button, but no action. 

Tried with chrome and internet explorer no luck. The registration form is working really?

  The form is working, I receive your information.

  But this round of beta plan is already ended so I don't send you an email.

  Maybe I need to add a pop up window to notice that you are already registered.
