Actually only two manufacturers are release with P-series for CTI via uaCSTA (Yealink & Fanvil)
More customers are using Linkus web client, it would be nice to have more than only two compatible workstation builders.
In the P-series provisioning list, some IP phones are already compatible with uaCSTA, would it be possible to release them?

I have checked with my colleague Htek provides the autop configuration file to us so you need to ask the Htek to test the CTI feature and provide us the new configuration file.
You can submit this request to Htek and if they have any questions they can contact us directly.

the Htek answer:
After our communication and testing with Yeastar, Yeastar's uACSTA does not fully support Htek phones.
Yeastar's R&D department assessed that full compatibility requires a relatively large development workload.
My answer to Htek:
I don’t really understand why requires a LARGE development because Htek phones and Yeastar alreary support the uaCSTA. It’s not a complete development of uaCSTA!
I think its not only a technical issue
We receive the request from Htek and we run a full test with it.
Although both of us support uaCSTA protocol there are still many test cases that failed. I can list some of them, Call delay when rejecting the call on Web client, Transfer not working at all, No pop-up on Web Client when there is a second incoming call to the phone.
None of the problems happens when using with Yealink phone.
