An alert tone on transferred calls

When an internal call is transferred via IVR, it would be nice if there weren't a short warning tone like "dit dit" bleep before the phone was connected.

Likewise, on transferred phones, when the phone is connected, the caller or called person waits in silence and cannot be sure whether their phone is transferred normally or not.
