Dear Support,

We use S300 and can not find how to update any information to the connected phones without rebooting.

  Hi Eldar,

  Do you provision the phones via the autop app in the PBX?

  What configurations do you want to update to the phones?

  Hi,

  Yes I do, i use "Auto Prpvisioning" app.

  For example if i want to update contact number to the phonebook i need to restart all phones.

  Hi Eldar,

  You don't need to reboot the phone manually right? you can reboot it through the autop app.

  The IP phone will request the latest configuration file when booting up.

  Yes i can rebbot phone through app, but i dont like to reboot all 100 devices to update phonebook.

  Hi,

  To prevent having to reboot all the time use custom templates and in "others"  tab add the following lines:

  static.auto_provision.repeat.minutes = 15

  static.auto_provision.repeat.enable = 1

   

  This will make the phones reprovision every 15 minutes so you don't need to reboot on every change you make. This is what I do at least.
