Anyone have tried accessing yeastar remotely via public ip?
I've tried accessing yeastar via public ip(static) but it won't work and checking on the port it say's its open.
Yeastar can only be access through LAN however when remotely access via public ip it won't.
can access locally but can't access externally. Upon checking on firewall no ip address blocked.
Hi Jesum, Please check the web access setting. You need to be very careful when doing the port forwarding for the PBX, make sure you are the only one who can access the server from the public network.

Thanks for the quick response. I have already looked into these settings and made sure that I have the right port see the pic below.
I also checked the port if I can see it open publicly by doing port forwarding tester online and the result is open the port is now publicly broadcast however I can't still access the device. I can access the device locally therefore all local connections are fine but not externally. I tried restarting the device but had no luck. I tried checking as well on the yeastar firewall to check if I was blocked but none was in there. This is weird because for the past many months this device is working and out of a sudden for an unknown reason, I can't access it now.
