TG100 - failed web interface after 3-5 days

TG100 device, HW Version V2.20, firmware
Every 3-4 days the VoIP line selection in WEB interface stops working
It displayed:

502 bad gateway
The CGI was not CGI / 1.1 compliant

I have set up a daily gateway reboot via linux server.
But now, after 5 days, I can't even connect to the device via the WEB interface.
After entering the username and password, a blank screen is displayed.

At the same time, the device itself works, it accepts incoming and outgoing calls.
But the WEB interface does not work completely.
Only a full reset and restore of settings from a backup helps me.
