YeastarAPIDemo1.7 not start on my PC

WIndows 10, folder with ApiDemo contains 4 dll's: libeay32.dll, mfc110u.dll, msvcr110.dll and ssleay32.dll

Run as Admin and i have error 0x000007b

What can i do?
