Call Recording warning on External Calls

When a call comes into the P-series and call recording is enabled the calling party and the called party both hear the warning message example: 'All calls are recorded for training purposes'.  When this call is then transferred to another internal extension both parties then get the warning message again.  Could this be dropped to just playing the message once when the initial call is established and not on transfer.
