How to replace BYE on endpoint with 486 Busy Here

Hi

We use P560 and Fanvil phones. Fanvil phones has feature to auto call again if number is busy, but we can't use it, becasuse we get BYE to Fanvil phone. On WAN side we get 486 busy here. 

Can we set that 486 is forwarded from WAN to LAN?

  Hi Matjaz

  Please try to disable the busy forwarding setting for the callee extension and test.

  Nothing changes. 

  I call from internal phone (LAN) to mobile  number (WAN). When mobile is not availible, we get 486 only to WAN side of P560. From P560 to internal LAN phone, we get BYE.

  Hi Matjaz,

  We can only achieve this by the custom script(extensions_support.conf)

  in context [macro-trunkdial-failover-0.3] to delete two lines in the screen capture below:
