Estimados! Tengo el siguiente problema cuando utilizo unidad de almacenamiento en Windows.

18:55:41,system,Network Drive Lost Connection,Abnormal Network Drive Connection,"Abnormal network drive connection with Network Drive voip due to losting connection with PBX. Your data which are set to be saved in this storage device can not be saved now. Please log into system and check the connection as soon as possible. Alguien que pueda ayudar?  Gracias!

  There could be a network issue between the PBX and your share folder. Do you try to connect again?

  No existe tal problema, ya que ingreso a la carpeta correctamente.

  Alguna idea que puede ser?

  You can check if the PBX block the network disk or not in the security > IP auto defense > IP blocked list.

  Or you can also delete the network disk from the storage setting and try to add it again.
