Migration from S Series to P Series(On-premise&Software version)

Hi Guys,

We provide a way to migrate from the S Series PBX to the P series PBX.

Here are the steps:

1. Submit a ticket or send an email to helpdesk@yeastar.com with your S series PBX backup file in the attachment.

2. We will help to export the data (extensions, sip trunks, inbound routes, outbound routes) to the CSV files and send them back to you.

3. Import the CSV files to the P series PBX

4. Re-configure the sip trunk settings like the password and DOD in the P series PBX

 

We will not put the backup file or the information in the file for other purposes
